JJB Pools and Spas is a warranty station for Jandy, Pentair, Sta-Rite & Hayward pool equipment that is still under warranty.

To find out if your Jandy, Pentair, Sta-Rite, or Hayward pool equipment is still under warranty, you’ll need to check a few key details — the purchase dateinstallation date, and serial number. Here’s how to check for each brand:

Jandy (Zodiac Pool Systems)Find your serial number – It’s usually printed on the product label or rating plate (e.g., on the back or underside of the equipment).
Check the purchase or installation date – Warranty coverage typically starts from the date of installation (proof of purchase or installation invoice required).
Typical coverage:1 to 3 years for most equipment.
Up to 3 years (sometimes 5) if installed by a Jandy Pro-Edge dealer.
PentairLocate the serial number (on the equipment label or control panel).

There’s a warranty claim and registration page where you can submit your serial number.
If it was registered online after purchase, you can log into your Pentair account to view warranty status.
Typical coverage:
1 year standard.
3 years if installed by a Pentair Authorized Installer and registered.
Sta-Rite (now owned by Pentair)Use the same process as Pentair (Sta-Rite is under Pentair support).
Serial numbers and warranty verification can be checked via Pentair’s website or customer service.
Typical coverage:1 year, or 3 years if installed by an authorized Pentair professional.
